Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercise programs, mobility techniques, and restorative care. Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with California Physical Therapy Board regulations and facility standards. Qualifications Current California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
