• Well equipped therapy gyms Responsibilities Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.

Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, including exercises and modalities, to enhance patient recovery. Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervising therapist. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and home care strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress in compliance with medical regulations. Ensure a safe and clean environment for both patients and staff by adhering to health and safety protocols. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written A dedication to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices A devout love for working with geriatric and post-acute populations
