Job Description

Intero Chiropractic is a six-location practice built on the Gonstead technique — specific, neurologically based full-spine care, not general "cracking." We are cash-pay, which means our patients choose us and keep choosing us. That changes the job. Read this part carefully, because it is the actual job. Our doctor runs a busy schedule, and this pace only works if someone owns everything happening around the adjustment. That someone is you. You are the first person a patient talks to when something is wrong — a scheduling conflict, a question about their care plan, a concern about what they are paying. About ninety percent of those conversations end with you, not with the doctor. That includes conversations about money. If the idea of a patient saying "I'm not sure I can keep affording this" makes you want to hand the phone to someone else, this is not the right job for you. If you would rather be the person who actually solves it, keep reading. We train all of it. We do not train the willingness to have the conversation. What you will do Run the floor: patient flow, room turnover, and therapies, so the doctor never waits and no patient sits longer than they should Own patient communication end to end — phone, text, and in person — and resolve issues rather than routing them Handle the front desk: check-in and check-out, scheduling, collecting payment, and keeping the day's schedule intact when it breaks Have the honest conversations: missed appointments, care plan frequency, balances, and payment options Keep patient records accurate and current in our systems (ChiroHD and GoHighLevel — we will teach you both) Prepare patients for their exams, reassessments, and report-of-findings visits Grow into delivering reassessments and progress reports yourself Hold the standard on the things patients notice: a clean office, a warm greeting, and a promise kept What we are looking for We hire for character and train the skills. Chiropractic experience is genuinely not required. You are comfortable talking to people about money without apologizing for it You move fast and stay warm at the same time — this office does not have a slow gear You take ownership. When something breaks, your instinct is to find the solution, not to report the problem You do what you say you will do, the first time, without a reminder You take coaching well. You will be corrected often in your first ninety days, and the people who thrive here want that One or more years in a role with heavy customer contact — healthcare front office, dental, med spa, fitness, hospitality, or retail all count Solid with computers and phones; we are a fully electronic office Reliable transportation and the ability to work full time on-site in Brentwood Our values Professional Maturity — humble yet confident Set a High Standard Find the Solution Do What You Say Learner's Heart And one team motto: win as a team.
