Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed PT Deliver therapeutic exercises and mobility training Monitor and document patient progress Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members Stay current with industry standards and PTA best practicesQualifications:
Associate's degree from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program Active California Physical Therapist Assistant License (REQUIRED) SNF or geriatric rehab experience preferred- new grads welcome Strong communication and team collaboration skills
