Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed PT Deliver therapeutic exercises and mobility training Monitor and document patient progress Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members Stay current with industry standards and PTA best practices

Qualifications:

Associate's degree from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program Active California Physical Therapist Assistant License (REQUIRED) SNF or geriatric rehab experience preferred
