Job Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Physical Therapist Assistant, a vital role dedicated to enhancing patient mobility, reducing pain, and promoting overall well-being through expert physical therapy support. In this energetic position, you will work closely with licensed physical therapists to deliver high-quality patient care outpatient clinics. Your expertise in anatomy, physiology, and specialized therapies will help patients of all ages regain independence and improve their quality of life. Duties Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing personalized care plans for patients at outpatient clinics Perform therapeutic interventions including trigger point therapy, manual therapy techniques, and other modalities to alleviate pain and improve function Monitor patient progress and document responses to treatment accurately in medical records Educate patients and their families on exercises, mobility strategies, and injury prevention techniques tailored to individual needs Support discharge planning by preparing patients for ongoing care or home modifications post-treatment Maintain a safe environment by adhering to all safety protocols and infection control procedures during therapy sessions Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal recovery outcomes Experience Proven experience working as a Physical Therapist Assistant in outpatient clinics but freshers are most welcomed as well. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy Hands-on experience with orthopedic rehabilitation, geriatrics and acute care scenarios Familiarity with developing and following care plans tailored to diverse patient populations including orthopedics and geriatrics Skilled in discharge planning processes and implementing therapy interventions that promote functional independence Prior experience working in outpatient or clinic settings with a focus on musculoskeletal or orthopedics is highly desirable but we welcome freshers as well and we will train and educate with evidence based clinical practice guide. $31.00 - $40.00 per hour
