Live and work near the beach! Our clinics are in Fountain Valley, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach and Irvine. We provide General Orthopedics, Sports Performance, Pilates, Orthotic Fabrication and more. Pilates experience is helpful, but willingness to learn is crucial. Staffing and productivity standards kept at levels to ensure quality care and pleasant work environment. Good therapist-to-patient, one-on-one time. Patient mix is PPO, Medicare, private and cash. Few workers comp and one HMO contract. Compensation/benefits package offered commensurate with professional career experience and expertise. Promotable opportunities available based upon performance. Supportive environment with a formal mentorship program Current CA PTA License required In an effort to provide a positive, high quality work environment , we expect all our physical therapists to possess the following traits: Ability to effectively communicate with patients, co-workers, management, and outside contacts (vendors, physicians, etc.) Ability to examine processes, policies, problems, and offer solutions Have an overall positive and supportive attitude of yourself, your team members and the company Ability to work in a team environment
