POSITION SUMMARY
This is a primarily patient-care role focused on assisting with therapies and supporting patient outcomes. Team members are also cross-trained to assist with front office and administrative responsibilities as needed to support overall clinic operations. Monday-Thursday:
9:00 AM•5:30
PM Friday:
9:00 AM•2:30 PM
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Pay:
$19•21/hour + performance-based bonuses

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver in-office therapies and assist with hands-on patient treatments Guide patients through their visit and support clinical flow Maintain organization and efficiency in the clinic Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with front desk tasks as needed Support administrative tasks as required Create a warm, professional environment patients look forward to returning to
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Prior experience in a chiropractic, physical therapy, or wellness office preferred Experience as a chiropractic assistant, therapy tech, or rehab aide is a plus No prior chiropractic experience required — we will train the right person Strong communication and organizational skills Positive, high-energy, and professional demeanor Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment Willingness to be cross-trained across clinical and administrative tasks Interest in fitness, natural health, or integrative medicine Basic knowledge of anatomy/physiology (preferred) Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Reliable transportation required
