Physical Therapy Assistant

  • PRN, Per diem Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our senior living community on a per diem basis.
In this vital role, you will support residents' independence by assisting with their therapy plans. Your expertise will help enhance quality of life through personalized care, fostering a safe and engaging environment. This position offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to make a meaningful impact while maintaining work-life balance. Responsibilities Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive resident care and safety in both senior living Maintain accurate documentation of resident activities, progress notes, and therapy outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations Experience Active California PTA license Strong understanding of geriatric rehabilitation and functional mobility training Ability to work independently in a facility-based outpatient setting Additional Information Per diem / flexible schedule
