Full Job Description Pay:
$40-44/hour depending on experience Silver Creek Physical Therapy, a member of Therapy Partners Group, has been the premier provider for outpatient orthopedics serving San Jose and surrounding communities for over 20 years. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient FollowUp :
Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as instructed by the physical therapist.
Treatment Planning:
Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
Therapeutic Interventions :
Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
Documentation :
While using Raintree, Monitor and document patient progress during treatment sessions, reporting changes to the physical therapist.
Patient Education:
Educate patients and families on exercises, pain management techniques, and care plans
Professional Atmosphere :
Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and safety.
Qualifications:
Associate Degree as Physical Therapy Assistant from accredited institution. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
