Full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant delivering individualized rehabilitative care under PT supervision in a clinic setting. Responsible for implementing treatment plans, monitoring progress, and educating patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities as directed Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes accurately Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinic policies Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient care Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment

Qualifications:

Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current California PTA licensure Basic Life Support certification
