Job Description

Must be able to work in Norwalk and Montebello. Must be able to cover Anaheim and Santa Ana 5 to 10 days a year as well Monday to Friday shifts 8 or 9am to 1 or 2pm Or 2pm to 7pm. Alternate or every Saturdays 8 to 11am Must Be Bilingual with excellent Spanish Must be Relaible Must be great with people
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar
  • Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
  • Assist with patient intake, including taking vitals and recording patient symptoms
  • Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits, ensuring cleanliness and organization
  • Assist the chiropractor during patient examinations and treatments
  • Process payments and handle billing inquiries
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, faxing, and data entry
Skills:
  • Strong administrative skills with experience in a medical or dental office setting
  • Excellent customer service and patient care skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
  • Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar practice management software systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
