Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional patient care and support within our chiropractic practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of medical terminology and/or anatomy allowing them to effectively assist both patients and chiropractors in delivering high-quality care.
Schedule:
7:30am-1:00pm OR 12:45pm-6:30pm (will be discussed during interview) Duties A combination of front office and back office duties with a greater emphasis on back office. Greet and check in patients as they arrive for their appointments, ensuring a welcoming environment. Assist with patient assessments by gathering medical history and relevant information prior to treatment. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with office protocols. Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises, and wellness strategies as directed by the chiropractor. Prepare treatment rooms by ensuring they are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to optimize clinic efficiency. Communicate effectively with patients regarding their care and address any questions or concerns they may have. Collaborate with the chiropractic team to enhance patient experience and outcomes. Experience Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required, we are willing to train. Strong patient/customer service skills are necessary to create a positive atmosphere for all patients. Ability to perform basic patient assessments under the guidance of a chiropractor is an asset.
