Chiropractic Assistant/Front Desk

Job Summary The Chiropractic Assistant supports the chiropractor and office operations by providing patient and office support. The Chiropractic Assistant plays a key role in creating a professional, efficient, and patient-centered environment while maintaining strict compliance with HIPAA and office policies. This position does not involve diagnosing conditions or performing chiropractic adjustments. Duties Greet patients in a professional and courteous manner Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately Maintain patient flow and communicate wait times Collect copays and payments, issue receipts, and verify insurance Prepare treatment rooms and assist patient positioning and comfort Apply modalities only if trained and permitted Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, including filing Support billing staff Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred Strong patient service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, people-oriented, healthcare environment Ability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently Basic computer skills (email, scheduling systems, healthcare software) Prior experience in a chiropractic or medical office is preferred, but on-the-job training can be provided

From $18.00 per hour
