Job Description

Job Overview •
SUPER PART-TIME
•The chiropractic assistant allows the doctor to focus on the patients. Working with the office manager, the chiropractic assistant runs the front desk.
Your primary responsibility is reception:
greeting and scheduling patients, answering phones and emails, and collecting payment. You will help maintain office flow and efficiency. You will also be required to assist doctors in organizing their paperwork for new patients, maintain calendars, and keep record of all patient transactions. You will also assist in back room such as scribing during exams, helping during adjustments and setting up x-rays. As time progresses, you will also be assigned side projects to focus on! •For this specific position, you will be expected to close the office with Doctor.
Tuesday PM :
1-7 PM. (Hours may vary and PLENTY of room to grow into more) Chiropractic assistants are expected to be friendly, organized, focused, and motivated. There is opportunity to expand to Castro Valley. On-Site training available. 3-Month probational period. Hours may vary, part-time.
Pay:
From $19.00 per hour
