What You'll Do:

Greet and engage patients with warmth and professionalism Educate patients on chiropractic care and our treatment plans Confidently guide patients through financial and scheduling options Stimulate referrals and testimonials by building trust with patients Assist in community outreach and events to promote our services Support the doctor and team in creating a positive patient experience

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant (MA) or in a similar healthcare support role Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) Outgoing personality with genuine people skills Strong sales and communication abilities (phone, in person, and digital) Ability to handle objections with confidence and empathy Organized, dependable, and proactive in daily tasks

Preferred:

Previous experience in sales or customer service Comfortable educating patients on health care plans Strong follow-through and accountability

For this position we are seeking for a medical assistant is ranging from 9am-1pm, 3pm-7:45PM M-F; & 1x/month if necessary a Saturday 8:30-11am (schedule is subject to change) Bilingual in SPANISH is must Transportation (External Marketing & when necessary if need be to purchase supplies for clinic) Typing 35+ wpm Excellent communication skills Positive and personable attitude Professional, reliable and responsible Proactive with tasks Computer skills -- word, excel, web applications, scanning, publisher. Customer service Data entry Phone skills Manage and complete complex tasks Multi-tasking Working with minimal supervision Job duties include : Educating patients Patient relations (answering phone, texts, and email) Scheduling appointments Customer service Taking payments Marketing (In office/Out of office) - Clinics, events, education Insurance billing Patient billing Cleaning - Done by staff as this is not outsourced. Occasional outside marketing Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 codes a plus
