Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Assist physical therapists in planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment plans for patients with a range of medical conditions and injuries Conduct physical therapy treatments, including exercises, stretches, and modalities, under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist Monitor patient progress and report changes to the physical therapy team Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care transitions Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient treatments and progress Participate in patient education and family training programs to promote independence and successful discharge

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant license to practice in the state of California A strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic healthcare environment.
