PAMF-Palo Alto Medical Foundation CAD Position Overview:

Assists in delivering high‑quality physical therapy treatments and performing therapeutic procedures in collaboration with the supervising physical therapist. In accordance with state laws and regulations, supports the development of treatment plans, documents patient progress, and adjusts specific interventions within the established plan of care. Maintains strict adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as organizational policies and procedures, to ensure patient privacy, safety, and optimal outcomes. May also serve as a clinical instructor, supporting the education and development of assigned students.

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE

1 year of recent relevant experience.

Ability to work in demanding work environment, organize multiple priorities completing work duties within expected timelines and requirements. Computer and required technology proficiency/competencies. Demonstrates effective and efficient professional communication (verbal & written) skills as well as interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, teamwork/collaboration, customer service and community relations abilities. Able to retain and apply new knowledge & skills. Keeps abreast of professional practice development and advancement.
