Job Description
Grand Oaks Care Center , in Tulare California is seeking qualified candidates for our In-house Therapy Team as a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant Full Time Day Shift 800a-430p position we currently have available. We are a recently acquired, 99 bed facility that strives to provide quality care to our short term and long term residents. We are located in a small, rural, close knit community.
