Job Description

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Wheat Ridge, CO Power Health Colorado (PHCO) Power Health Colorado is growing, and we're building something different. We are a multidisciplinary injury care practice with physicians, PAs, PTs, chiropractors, massage therapists, and case managers all working together under one roof.
The goal is simple:
take care of patients the right way while building a team that enjoys coming to work. We're looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant who wants to be part of that kind of environment and culture, whether you are newer and want to learn the right way, or experienced and tired of being stretched too thin. This role is based in our Wheat Ridge clinic. What You'll Be Doing Carry out treatment plans created by the Physical Therapist Work hands-on with patients recovering from personal injury and workers' compensation cases Guide patients through exercises, manual techniques, and functional progressions Help keep patient flow smooth without sacrificing quality of care Communicate closely with PTs and the rest of the clinical team Document treatments clearly and accurately What Makes This Different You are not just "running patients"-you're part of the care team Reasonable patient flow so you can actually focus on treatment Strong support system with PTs, providers, and leadership involved Multidisciplinary environment-you'll learn more here than in a standard clinic Consistent patient volume through our injury care model (PI/WC walk-ins) Leadership that understands clinic operations and supports you Who This Is For New grads who want a solid environment to learn and build confidence Someone who takes pride in patient care and being part of a team Someone who wants stability with room to grow What You Need Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Colorado (or ability to obtain) Strong work ethic and reliability Good communication with patients and team members Willingness to learn and adapt in a team-based setting Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) Opportunity for performance-based bonuses PTO + paid holidays Health benefits contribution 401(k) with employer match Growth opportunities as the company expands Schedule Full-time Structured clinic hours that balance patient access and staff workload No unnecessary weekend grind Why Power Health Colorado We're building something that actually works-for patients and for the team.
