Qualifications Required:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program with an associate degree Current PTA license or PT Licensure Compact (PTLC) license in the state applying, as applicable Current CPR certification Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto liability insurance

Preferred:
