Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Full-Time Civita Care Center at Meadowbrook Granby, CT $33-$36/hour Post Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This position offers the opportunity to work with residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting, helping them regain strength, mobility, and confidence in their daily activities.
Position Responsibilities:
Carry out physical therapy treatment programs under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist residents with therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfer training, balance activities, and mobility interventions Support individualized treatment plans focused on improving functional outcomes and resident independence Monitor resident participation and response to treatment sessions Communicate progress and observations to the supervising Physical Therapist Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Why Join Civita Care Center at

Qualifications:
