Physical Therapist Assistant

WCS Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing rehabilitation team in CT. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail‑oriented, and committed to helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life.

Job Function:

Provide therapeutic exercises and treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner Educate patients and families on home exercise programs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment Collaborate with the PT and interdisciplinary team to support patient goals

Job Requirements:

Accredited PTA program graduate Current state PTA license (or eligibility) Strong communication and patient‑care skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
