• 36/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Post Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Civita Care Center West River.

Work alongside experienced clinicians while providing hands-on therapy that helps residents improve movement, build strength, and regain greater independence. What You'll Do Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist residents with strengthening, balance, gait training, transfers, endurance, and functional mobility Carry out individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and therapy goals Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress to the supervising PT Reinforce therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and safety strategies Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team What We Offer $33
