Job Description
About Us We are a fast-paced, patient-focused chiropractic and spine & injury practice dedicated to providing the highest quality of care. Our mission is to treat the root cause of pain — not just the symptoms — using advanced, non-surgical treatment technologies, and to help our patients return to their daily activities pain-free. We pride ourselves on a culture of professionalism, compassion, and teamwork. Position Overview We're looking for a warm, service-oriented Rehab Therapy Chiropractic Assistant to join our clinical team. This is a hands-on, patient-facing role centered on the patient experience — you'll help guide patients through their rehab and therapy sessions, keep the office running smoothly, and make sure every visit feels welcoming and well cared for. No prior clinical experience is required — we provide full, onsite training. A background in customer service is especially helpful, since this role is all about how patients feel during their time with us. What You'll Do
- Assist with rehab therapy modalities and guide patients through their exercises and treatments
- Prep treatment rooms and equipment between patients, and keep the therapy area clean and organized
- Communicate clearly and warmly with patients about their treatment plans and progress
- Fit and adjust equipment setups properly and comfortably for each patient
- Monitor patients throughout treatment to ensure comfort, safety, and proper equipment function
- Help maintain a steady, organized office flow so patient visits stay on schedule
- Collaborate with the clinical team to uphold high standards of patient care and documentation What We're Looking For
- A genuine customer-service mindset — prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or another patient-facing role is a big plus
- Strong verbal communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor
- Comfortable working closely with patients, including those recovering from injury
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Ability to stay composed and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to patient privacy and HIPAA compliance Preferred (Not Required)
- Prior experience in a chiropractic, physical therapy, or rehab setting
- Experience in a fast-paced healthcare or customer-service office environment Benefits
- Approximately 10 personal days per year
- Retirement plan / 401(k)
