CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support outpatient rehabilitation services. In this role, you'll implement treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, guide patients through therapeutic exercises, and document progress in alignment with evidence-based care. You'll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and help ensure a safe, engaging clinic environment. Responsibilities Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans for outpatient rehab patients Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional activities Monitor and document patient progress, response to treatment, and outcomes in EMR systems Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized clinic environment and therapy equipment Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention Collaborate with the clinical team to support evidence-based, patient-centered care Follow all clinic, safety, and infection control protocols and regulatory requirements Participate in continuing education, training, and mentorship opportunities Required Skills Therapeutic exercise implementation Manual therapy techniques (basic) Patient assessment support Rehabilitation documentation Use of therapy equipment and modalities Gait and balance training Electronic medical records (EMR) Patient and family education Infection control procedures Care coordination in outpatient setting
