Who We're Looking For We need a Morning Front Desk Assistant who is: High-energy and genuinely warm — you smile before you even think about it Organized and sharp — you catch the details others miss Reliable and proud of it — early morning starts don't scare you A team player who takes initiative — you don't wait to be told the counter needs wiping Genuinely fluent in social media marketing — you can create and post content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, design graphics in Canva, and help us grow our online presence, not just use social media personally Comfortable with everyday tools like Zoom and Calendly, with an interest in AI tools a plus
