Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, personalized care based on proven evidence and interventions Establish and implement developmentally suitable objectives Implement treatment plans as directed by physical therapists Communicate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans Manage and update electronic treatment records and progress reports via our web-based software Actively participate in our interdisciplinary team Accurately record CPT codes within our EMR system What We're Looking For Credentials Active Florida PTA License CPR Certification (preferred) Experience & Skills Strong interest in mobile/home health therapy Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule Mindset A passion for patient-first care and continuous professional growth Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport in diverse home environments About Be On The Move Based in Boynton Beach, Florida , Be On The Move is a fast-growing clinic known for its evidence-based, patient-centered Home Health Physical Therapy services.
