We're looking for an energetic, motivated Physical Therapist Assistant who thrives in a collaborative, patient-first environment. You'll work directly with licensed physical therapists to deliver personalized treatment plans that help our patients move, recover, and live better. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, hands-on care under the direction of a licensed PT Guide patients through individualized exercise programs and therapeutic activities Document sessions accurately and maintain compliance with clinic and payer standards Support balance, orthopedic, and neurological rehabilitation programs Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere for patients and teammates Requirements Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant License (required) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to patient safety and outcomes Ability to commute to our Casselberry clinic (in-person role)
