Job Description

Adora Care Injury and Wellness Center is looking for a Certified Chiropractic Physician Assistant as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate we are looking for:

  • Prior experience working in a medical office setting
  • Computer skills As the Certified Chiropractic Physician Assistant(CCPA), you are to greet patients, have them sign-in for their visits, schedule them for future visits, give them a call to confirm their appointments, have them sign paperwork, and clean up the exam room after they leave.
You will also answer phone calls and emails for the office, respond to all attorneys' requests, correct all mistakes on the Doctor notes, and email all doctor notes and sign-in sheets at the end of the day to our billing department. Lastly, restock on any water, snacks, office supplies, and equipment in the exam room and take out the trash at the end of the day.
Your duties include:
  • Communicate with patients on daily basis on phone and in person to schedule appointments
  • Fix, edit, and scan daily notes and other patient paperwork for billing
  • Call Insurance Companies to confirm insurance policy, claim numbers, and other patient information
  • Patient in-take which includes EMS (Electrical muscle stimulation), Ultrasound Therapy, and Therapeutic Exercises
  • Cleaning, maintaining and organizing common areas, exercise equipment, massage rooms, and doctor's office Monthly bonus will be included depending on performance with room for advancement.

$18.00
