South Florida Key Responsibilities:

Assist licensed Chiropractors in the delivery of patient care Perform patient intake and document diagnostic information accurately Maintain organized and up-to-date patient charts and records Coordinate provider schedules and patient appointments Ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional customer service Support front-desk operations, including registration and check-in Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and clinic protocols at all times Maintain cleanliness and safety of treatment areas Contribute to a positive and welcoming experience for all patients

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or relevant certification a plus) Previous experience in a healthcare or chiropractic setting preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinical environment Excellent time management and prioritization skills Self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative Working knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations Experience with EMR systems preferred - ECW experience is a PLUS!! Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS!!
