Role:
Crestview Physical and Aquatic Therapy LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join their dedicated team in Crestview, FL. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives through hands-on therapeutic care in a supportive and dynamic clinic environment.
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Deliver therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and aquatic therapy interventions to patients Monitor and document patient progress, response to treatment, and functional improvements Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention techniques Collaborate with the PT and interdisciplinary team to adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and facility standards Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming therapy environment for all patients
Requirements:
Active Florida PTA license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain) Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Experience in outpatient orthopedic or aquatic therapy settings preferred Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercise, modalities, and rehabilitation techniques Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented clinical environment
