PTAs at Totally Kids work within a flexible scheduling model and receive close mentoring and guidance from the supervising Physical Therapist. Interdisciplinary collaboration is readily available, and families are highly engaged and receptive to education. Responsibilities Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising PT Provide play‑based, functional pediatric interventions in the home setting Document sessions clearly and in alignment with company standards Communicate changes in status, safety concerns, or clinical needs to the supervising PT Support family carryover through simple, practical home strategies What Makes This Role Supportive Make your own schedule and manage your caseload Consistent mentoring and supervision Access to OT and other disciplines for collaborative care Families who are eager to learn and participate Qualifications Licensed PTA in the state of Florida Pediatric experience preferred but not required Strong communication skills and comfort working in home environments
