We are looking for a motivated, compassionate professional who enjoys helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals while contributing to a positive, and team-oriented work environment.

Applicants must hold a current, active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing. Applications submitted without a valid Florida PTA license will not be considered. Job Summary The Physical Therapist Assistant will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve patient mobility, function, recovery, and overall quality of life. The ideal candidate is a team player, dependable, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in both busy and slower-paced clinical environments. Required Qualifications Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License in good standing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in outpatient rehabilitation, chiropractic, personal injury, home health, inpatient, or acute care settings Knowledge of therapeutic exercise, rehabilitation protocols, and patient education Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and adapt to changing clinic demands Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with providers, staff, and patients Experience with marketing, community outreach, networking, or patient relationship-building is a plus Responsibilities Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist Administer therapeutic exercises, rehabilitation programs, and treatment interventions Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to the supervising Physical Therapist Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, home exercise programs, and wellness strategies Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in accordance with Florida regulations and clinic policies Collaborate effectively with Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, Medical Providers, and administrative staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Assist with maintaining clinic flow and providing excellent patient service Remain productive during both busy and slower periods by assisting with patient follow-up, clinic organization, documentation, and other assigned duties Represent Easy Reach Chiropractic & Physical Therapy in a professional and positive manner at all times What We're Looking For Active Florida PTA License (Required) Team player with a positive attitude Strong multitasking and organizational skills Flexible and adaptable to varying patient volumes Excellent patient communication skills Dependable, professional, and self-motivated Passionate about helping patients improve their health and quality of life
Pay:
$30.00 - $36.00 per hour
