This is a unique opportunity to learn both the clinical and administrative sides of a medical practice from the ground up. This position begins with an introductory period to ensure a great fit, with the goal of transitioning into a permanent part-time role for a candidate who proves they are capable, efficient, and ready to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the schedule in Jane EHR, checking patients in/out, and making proactive follow-up calls to patients and other providers. Verifying coverage, explaining patient responsibilities (copays/deductibles), and working with our billing team to provide information for claim disputes. Collecting payments and maintaining patient ledgers.

Schedule & Hours:

Clinic office hours are Monday through Friday, with occasional marketing events (5Ks, health fairs, etc.):

PM Thursday:

9:00 AM
