Fort Walton Beach, FL Now hiring Full-Time and Part-Time/PRN Physical Therapy Assistant PTA in Okaloosa/Walton County, FL! •$5,000 Sign On Bonus (full-time)•Why Join Us? Job Duties:
Assist patients with physical therapy needs Provides services within scope of practice and in accordance with plan of care Observe/report patient's response to treatment along with any changes in his/her condition to PT or RN Prepare clinical and/or progress notes for each visit Guide patient in use of therapeutic, creative and self-care activity for the purpose of improving function
Qualifications:
Current Florida PTA license required CPR certification 1 year experience as a licensed PTA required Excellent customer service and time management skills. Reliable transportation to visit patients Home Health experience preferred
