Amazing Spine Care is seeking a compassionate, organized, and energetic Chiropractic Assistant to support our clinical team and provide an exceptional patient experience. The Chiropractic Assistant serves as a key member of our practice, assisting with patient care, administrative tasks, therapy procedures, and office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping patients achieve optimal health and wellness. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, patient-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Patient Care & Clinical Support Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner. Escort patients to treatment areas and prepare them for chiropractic services. Assist providers with patient flow and daily clinic operations. Administer therapies and modalities as directed by the chiropractor. Monitor patients during therapy sessions and report concerns to providers. Ensure treatment rooms and therapy equipment are clean, sanitized, and stocked. Educate patients on treatment plans, home care instructions, and wellness recommendations as directed by providers. Administrative Duties Schedule patient appointments and manage provider calendars. Verify patient information and maintain accurate records in the electronic health record (EHR) system. Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries. Collect payments and assist with basic financial transactions. Process patient forms, referrals, and documentation. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations. Office Operations Open and close the clinic according to established procedures. Assist with inventory management and ordering office and clinical supplies. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment. Support team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Participate in staff meetings and training programs. Patient Experience Create a welcoming and supportive environment for all patients. Build positive relationships with patients and encourage treatment plan compliance. Address patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate. Help ensure a smooth and efficient patient journey from check-in to check-out.
Requirements:
Required High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn EHR software. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Professional appearance and demeanor. Preferred Previous experience in a chiropractic, medical, physical therapy, or healthcare setting. Experience with EHR systems and medical scheduling software. Bilingual preferred but not required. Knowledge of chiropractic care and rehabilitation therapies. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the clinic for extended periods. Ability to assist patients as needed and perform light lifting (up to 25 pounds). Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks associated with patient care and office duties.
