Responsibilities Assist Chiropractic Physicians with patient care and treatment plans. Obtain patient histories and perform clinical documentation. Educate patients on treatment recommendations and home care instructions. Assist with patient flow and ensure a positive patient experience. Perform therapies and treatments as directed by the provider. Maintain accurate and timely medical records. Coordinate care with providers, case advocates, attorneys, and other healthcare professionals. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies. Support clinic operations and maintain treatment areas. Qualifications Current Florida CCPA Certification Experience in Personal Injury, Chiropractic, Orthopedic, or Spine Care preferred Strong knowledge of medical terminology and documentation Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy requirements Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Russian is a plus Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset This role is ideal for motivated healthcare professionals eager to expand their clinical expertise while delivering top-tier patient care.
