In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional patient care and support within our chiropractic practice. You will assist with various tasks that enhance the patient experience, ensuring that each individual feels welcomed and well-informed about their treatment process. Your knowledge of anatomy and physiology will be essential in helping patients understand their conditions and the treatments provided. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression of the practice. Conduct patient intake by gathering medical history and relevant information to assist in assessments. Assist chiropractors during patient examinations and treatments by preparing necessary equipment and materials. Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises, and wellness strategies to promote overall health. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical standards. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of treatment areas, equipment, and waiting rooms. Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to optimize clinic efficiency. Skills Strong patient service skills with a focus on empathy and effective communication. Knowledge of physiology to understand body mechanics and treatment implications. Ability to perform patient assessments accurately to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning. Familiarity with medical terminology to facilitate clear communication within the healthcare team. Proficient in intake procedures, ensuring all necessary information is collected efficiently. Solid understanding of anatomy to assist in explaining conditions and treatments to patients.
