Chiropractic Therapy Tech/Medical Assistant

Our busy chiropractic office is seeking a reliable, motivated, and patient-focused Chiropractic Assistant with strong medical assisting and back-office experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with patients while also helping keep the office running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Assist the chiropractor with patient care and therapy flow Prepare patients for treatments and therapies Perform back-office duties including documenting patient information and maintaining treatment areas Support rehab exercises, therapies, and patient instruction as directed Monitor patient flow and ensure a positive patient experience Assist with front desk responsibilities as needed, including scheduling and answering phones Verify insurance benefits and assist with basic billing and payment collection Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the office

Qualifications:

Previous chiropractic assistant, medical assistant, or clinical back-office experience required Comfortable working directly with patients in a fast-paced clinical setting Knowledge of chiropractic therapies and rehabilitation exercises preferred Experience with insurance verification and medical/chiropractic billing is a plus Strong communication and multitasking skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented EHR/software experience preferred Level 2 Background Screening
