- Key responsibilities include:
- Performing procedures within legal and trained scope, reporting patient responses, and coordinating with healthcare team.
- Instructing patients and families on exercises, mobility, safety, and prosthetic training.
- Observing, recording, and reporting patient progress and condition changes.
- Adapting to diverse home environments and patient needs.
Qualifications:
- Current licensure or certification to practice physical therapy.
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, or access to transportation.
- Availability for weekend work.
Preferred:
- CPR certification or ability to obtain it.
- Ability to perform physical tasks like lifting and assisting with mobility.
Compensation:
- Total annual pay ranges from $55,329 to $82,993, including per visit and hourly pay, based on productivity and experience.
