Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team at Impact Physical Therapy & Sports Performance in Miami. This is NOT your typical high-volume clinic. At Impact, we pride ourselves on providing true one-on-one care , allowing our therapists to deliver high-quality, individualized treatment without the pressure of juggling multiple patients at once. If you're tired of treating 3-4 patients per hour and want to actually connect with your patients, think critically, and deliver meaningful care—this is the environment for you. Why Join Us One-on-one patient care (no double/triple booking) 30-minute focused sessions with appropriate time to treat Incentive bonus- up to $300 per month Collaborative, team-oriented environment (no "PT mill" culture) Opportunity to grow clinically and professionally Work in a clinic that prioritizes quality over volume Key Responsibilities Assist physical therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans Provide hands-on patient care including therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, and modalities Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to supervising therapists Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery strategies Maintain accurate and timely documentation Support discharge planning to ensure successful patient outcomes Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize care What We're Looking For Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Active PTA license (or eligible) in Florida Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment Who This Role Is Perfect For PTAs burned out from high-volume clinics Clinicians who want to slow down and actually treat Those who value patient relationships and outcomes over numbers Individuals looking to grow within a supportive, quality-driven practice Join Our Team If you're looking for a clinic where you can practice the way you were trained—one patient at a time—we'd love to meet you.
