THHN Consulting LLC is a Florida-based healthcare consulting company connecting skilled therapy professionals with patients across all 67 Florida counties. We specialize in home health and community-based therapy services, partnering with independent subcontractors who want flexibility, competitive compensation, and a supportive team behind them. We handle the administrative side so you can focus on what you love — patient care. Although THHN Consulting is headquartered in West Palm Beach, FL, we welcome licensed PTAs from ALL Florida counties. You will work in your own community — serving patients near where you already live. No relocation required. Role Overview We are seeking licensed Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA) to provide skilled home health therapy services as 1099 independent subcontractors throughout Florida. You will implement treatment plans established by supervising Physical Therapists, providing hands-on patient care in the home health setting on a flexible schedule you control. What You'll Do Implement physical therapy treatment plans as directed by the supervising PT Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, and functional mobility instruction Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with home health guidelines Communicate patient status and progress to the supervising Physical Therapist Provide patient and caregiver education on home exercise programs Maintain current licensure and required certifications Requirements Active, unrestricted PTA license in Florida Current CPR/BLS certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers) Proof of professional liability insurance Valid W-9 (we will provide a blank W-9 if needed) Reliable transportation Home health experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply What We Offer Per-visit compensation: $45/visit Flexible scheduling — you control your calendar Work in YOUR county — all 67 Florida counties, no relocation Choose your own caseload Fast onboarding — apply online at thhn.net Supportive team for all credentialing questions
