Job Overview As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting physical therapists in providing treatment to patients. Your support will contribute to the overall well-being and recovery of individuals seeking physical therapy services. Responsibilities Work closely with physical therapists to implement treatment plans for patients Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities Monitor and report patient progress to the supervising physical therapist Provide hands-on therapy under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and care routines Experience Experience or exposure in Home Health Knowledge of medical terminology and physiology Familiarity with treating patients across different demographics including geriatrics Proficiency in patient care techniques including trigger point therapy Ability to collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care

Pay:

$60.00 - $65.00 per hour
