We're not hiring a front desk person. We're looking for a leader. At Sea Grace Chiropractic, our mission is to help individuals and families restore their health by improving the structure and function of the spine and nervous system. What happens inside our office changes lives—and the person in this role plays a major part in that. We're looking for someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do. Someone who takes initiative, owns their role, and helps drive the energy, organization, and flow of the entire office. If you naturally step up, lead by example, and care deeply about people—keep reading. What You'll Be Responsible For This role is the heartbeat of the office. You will help lead the front, support the team and doctor, and ensure every patient has a world-class experience.
You will:
Set the tone—welcome and connect with every practice member with confidence and care Take ownership of scheduling, phones, and overall office flow Guide new patients through their experience and communicate our approach clearly Support and help coordinate daily operations so the team runs efficiently Step in wherever needed without hesitation Help create a structured, organized, and high-energy environment Be a steady, reliable presence the team can count on Schedule Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM, and Monday through Thursday afternoons from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM, with additional time scheduled before and/or after patient-care hours as needed to complete administrative responsibilities.
