Physical Therapist Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Performs services planned, delegated, and supervised by the therapist
  • Assists in preparing clinical notes and progress reports;
  • Participates in educating the patient and family; Provides services planned, delegated, and supervised by the therapist; Participates in in-service programs; Must be able to communicate instructions to the patient; Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients and home care staff.
Participates in patient case conferences as requested. Able to see and hear adequately to respond to auditory and visual requests which relate to the coordination of Agency activities. Able to speak in a clear, concise voice in order to communicate direction for homecare activities and staff. Maintains confidentiality of all patient, Agency and employee matters. Submits documentation within required timeframes.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Physical Therapy as a Physical Therapy Assistant https://info.
