Licensed PT and PTA — Part-Time Opportunity Odessa, FL & Surrounding Areas
UPLIFT HOMECARE, LLC
is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing home health team serving Odessa and surrounding areas. This part-time position offers the opportunity to provide one-on-one patient care in the comfort of patients' homes while working alongside a supportive clinical team dedicated to improving quality of life and promoting independence.
Pay:
$45-$85/hour, based on experience and licensure (PT/PTA). Company Overview

Responsibilities Provide therapeutic exercises, treatments, and interventions to relieve pain and restore function. Observe, document, and report patient responses and condition changes. Assist in evaluating patient functional abilities and revising care plans as needed. Complete clinical notes and progress reports accurately and within required timeframes. Participate in care coordination conferences and interdisciplinary communication. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, safety, and treatment goals. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and in-service education programs. Maintain current knowledge of physical therapy practices and standards. Qualifications Current Florida Physical Therapist (PT) or Assistant (PTA) license Graduate of an accredited program Successful completion of the national examination Minimum of 1 year of home health experience required Strong communication and documentation skills Current CPR Certification Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance Ability to travel to patient homes throughout Odessa and surrounding areas Work Environment This position requires frequent travel to patient homes with varying home environments and conditions. Candidates must be able to safely perform patient care duties while maintaining professionalism and adaptability in diverse settings. Why Join
