Chiropractic Assistant

We are hiring a Chiropractic Assistant for our Port Charlotte clinic . If you love a fast-paced environment, enjoy patient interaction, and want a hands-on role supporting injury recovery, this is a great fit. As a CA at our clinic, you'll work directly with our chiropractors and care team, supporting both clinical care and clinic flow. You'll help patients feel informed, supported, and taken care of while keeping things moving behind the scenes.

Important:

We are specifically seeking someone with at least 1 year of recent experience working in a chiropractic office as a Chiropractic Assistant. Candidates without direct chiropractic office experience may not be considered for this role. What You'll Do Support the chiropractor with patient intake, detailed history collection, and EMR documentation Take X-rays as ordered and maintain a clean, organized, and ready-to-use X-ray room Perform re-exams, document findings, and communicate patient updates to the provider Educate patients on treatment plans and help reinforce provider instructions during the visit Assist with patient flow to keep the clinic running smoothly and on schedule Learn and support in-office DME fitting, dispensing, and patient education Help with phones, scheduling, and light front desk support as needed Manage inventory, order supplies, restock items, and keep storage areas organized What We're Looking For At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a chiropractic office Prior experience as a Chiropractic Assistant is required Strong comfort level working directly with patients in a high-volume clinic setting Experience with chiropractic patient intake, documentation, re-exams, and treatment flow Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask without losing accuracy Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with patients and providers Reliable, organized, and able to move with urgency in a busy clinic Spanish speaking required Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 1 year of Chiropractic Assistant experience in a chiropractic office required Experience taking X-rays and supporting chiropractic treatment flow strongly preferred Schedule•Full-time, 40+ hours per week
