PRN PTA to join our team Coverage area : St Cloud / Kissimmee You don't have to cover both areas specified. At Axiom Rehab, we go beyond therapy—we empower change. Work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions and mobility exercises in patients' homes Educate patients and caregivers on safe exercises, functional strategies, and progress Track and report patient outcomes, collaborating with the care team to optimize results Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and company standardsQualifications:
Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current Florida PTA license (required) Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (home health preferred) Strong communication and time management skills Reliable transportation and the ability to manage a local travel caseloadWhat You'll Love About This Role:
