Role:

As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Award Care at Beneva, you'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality physical therapy services to our residents. Your expertise will help patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and maintain their independence. We're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual who is eager to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others. Pay starts at $32/hr for FT and increases based on experience level

Responsibilities:

Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans Conduct physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist Monitor patient progress and report changes to the physical therapy team Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments and outcomes Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Promote a positive and supportive environment for patients, families, and staff

Requirements:

Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Studies Current CPR certification Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment 0 years of experience in the field; recent graduates welcome to apply!
