Job Description

Rehability is an independently owned outpatient rehabilitation practice in Spring Hill, FL, seeking a compassionate and dependable PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. At Rehability, you'll work alongside experienced physical and occupational therapists, prosthetists/orthotists, and a supportive administrative team in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. We emphasize one-on-one care and helping our patients achieve the highest level of function and independence. Responsibilities Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic exercises. Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising Physical Therapist. Educate patients on home exercise programs and treatment goals. Complete timely, accurate documentation. Maintain a safe, professional, and compassionate treatment environment. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Current Florida PTA license. Current CPR certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for providing exceptional patient care.
